Rollup Sequencer

In the context of a rollup, a Sequencer is an infrastructure provider responsible for submitting a rolled-up batch of transactions computed off-chain in a centralized or decentralized capacity. A sequencer is also responsible for submitting relevant proofs to the layer one blockchain.
