November 18, 2019 Visa’s R&D publishes LucidiTEE paper, proposing a policy-compliant blockchain system.

Researchers describe LucidiTEE as ‘…the first system to enable multiple parties to jointly compute on large-scale private data, while guaranteeing policy-compliance even when the input providers are offline, and fairness to all output recipients.’ The system outlined could enable banks and fintech applications to share data without relying on intermediary data aggregators, such as Plaid, Envestnet Yodlee, or Finicity.
