August 27, 2019 Hearings on the Craig Wright case conclude in plaintiff’s favor.

According to a court audience member’s statements, Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart recommended that Wright turn over to the estate of the late Dave Kleiman, business parter of Craig Wright, 50% of an alleged 1.1 million bitcoins the partners mined, as well as 50% of related intellectual property owned prior to Dec 31, 2013. The court found Wright perjured himself and denied a jury trial. An official written order is yet to be released, and procedural issues, such as exemptions, appeals, and collection remain despite the hearing’s conclusion.
