The Swedish blockchain company, ChromaWay, launched a land ownership project on Tuesday called LAC PropertyChain that will store land ownerships records on its Postchain blockchain. The project builds on a separate project, the LACChain initiative that is led by a consortium of South and Central American entities as well as the Inter-American Development Bank. LAC PropertyChain is focusing on the Bolivian, Paraguayan, and Peruvian markets where it aims to augment the governance and protocols used to record land transactions.
